Endeavor Academy will utilize learner-centered education to establish a strong cultural foundation, integrate the application of authentic learning experiences, develop learner-centered relationships, support open-walled learning, and embrace the mastery-based development of the whole learner.

Training students to take charge of and construct their own learning in a social context will ignite a love of learning.
